To help achieve company uniformity we offer medium-sized and large enterprises multi-user licences for map&guide base: We can set up a company-specific login for your business that can be used by any of your employees. You don’t incur any additional costs for workstation licences. The maximum number of users that log on at the same time is fixed and depends of the agreed tariff.

Individual usage, central support

Integrating your own address and data records into map&guide base is extremely simple, as is creating default vehicle profiles for your entire fleet. Furthermore function modules can be individually activated via central access to map&guide base. You can therefore provide all your employees with the same database, for example, or assign them all realistic vehicle/speed profiles. At the same time, each user can customise his/her individual settings in line with a particular client base or personal time management preferences. This means every employee can access a valuable planning tool with a vast quantity of information without their own initiative being compromised.
