Address Manager
Your own addresses always ready-to-use
Perhaps you want to see a particular town or city. Maybe you want to remember to visit your best customers en route to another destination or you simply want a reminder of your favourite holiday locations. There are many reasons why you should turn map&guide base into your very own, personlised travel planner by using the address manager. User-defined addresses can be immediately selected for the point of departure, destination or points en route with the click of a mouse. Furthermore you can also display these route points on the map and use them for a radius search around any specified point. Therefore it is now impossible for you to accidentally drive past an important address without noticing it.Display your own addresses on the map
Every address that you enter in the address manager is immediately integrated into the program: As soon as you select a map section that contains one or more of "your" addresses, these addresses are displayed using a special symbol. You can therefore see at a glance if, for example, your route takes you close to other customers or acquaintances.
If, in addition to your frequently used addresses, you also enter all the key customers in your sales region, then map&guide base offers you a function that helps you optimise the planning of your sales call routes.
Synchronisation with a navigation system
If you use one of the most popular navigation software systems with a Pocket PC or CarPC and you also have access to the map&guide base interface "Mobile Navigation", then you can transfer all the addresses created with Address Manager to your navigation device or synchronise the data in both locations – all with just a few clicks of the mouse.
